Hourly Rates:
- Beatles Room – $15/hr
- Tom Petty Room – $10/hr
Parking
• Use the visitor spaces on the far ends of the parking lot in front of the building.
• Please respect all the reserved spots — those are for monthly room tenants.
• Help us keep the neighbors happy and please don’t park on Milk St. across from the building.
There is plenty of overflow parking available on Central Ave, just a very short walk to the building.

Your membership gives you full access to all our shared spaces. Please enjoy them respectfully and leave things as you found them.

Tuesday Jam Nights
Every Tuesday | 7–9 PM
Join the weekly jam session to connect, collaborate, meet new people, and have some fun with other local musicians. We have three rooms that are electric jams and then one acoustic room. Bring an instrument or just come hang. All skill levels welcome!

Hours of Operation
You can access the building anytime except between 12 AM – 5 AM. (Key cards will not work during these hours.)
*Staff will typically be available on site Monday-Friday between 9-6 and on the weekends 12-5.

We love our gear — please treat it like it’s your own.
• Use it, enjoy it, and explore!
• Always return gear to where you found it
• Report any damage or malfunctions to staff right away

Key Card Member Rules
Guests:
• Each member may bring up to 4 guests at a time.
• Members are responsible for guest behavior.
• Larger gatherings in the lounge require approval from Kurt and Sebastian.
