Our collection of rooms
Milk St. Studios features a variety of music-centric spaces throughout the sprawling 9,000 sq ft, 1-story building located in downtown Dover, NH.
There are six large, mostly sound-isolated rehearsal rooms. Four of them are rented out monthly and two rooms are available for hourly booking.
The Beatles Room
Available for hourly rental. Includes everything you need to jam out and have a great time.
The Lounge
Enjoy the large TV, fridge, kitchenette, and even play some darts or card games!
The showroom
Peruse and try out some guitars for sale, play some ping-pong, or enjoy our growing collection of pianos and organs!

Just like the Beatles Room, but a little bit cozier.
