Our collection of rooms
Milk St. Studios features a variety of music-centric spaces throughout the sprawling 9,000 sq ft, 1-story building located in downtown Dover, NH.
There are six large, mostly sound-isolated rehearsal rooms. Five of them are rented out monthly as well as one room that is available for hourly booking.
The Beatles Room
Available for hourly rental. Includes everything you need to jam out and have a great time.
The Lounge
Enjoy the large TV, fridge, kitchenette, and even play some darts!
